                               RESOLUTION NO. 19074
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE
                   DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TDOT) RELATIVE
                   TO MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE
                   CITY LIMITS OF CHATTANOOGA WHEREBY THE CITY
                   WILL PERFORM MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR TDOT
                   FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED
                   SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIX AND
                   12/100 DOLLARS ($275,806.12).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation (TDOT) relative to maintenance of State highways
       within the City limits of Chattanooga whereby the City will
       perform maintenance services for TDOT for an amount not to exceed 

       $275,806.12.
